The first Sunday of the month from 4pm - 6pm at 7512 Kingswood Rd, Southport will be a healthy eating community potluck. Visitors don't bring a thing! Just come to eat and enjoy, learn from a quest speaker.

All presentations will be held at the North Bay SDA Church in Southport at 7512 Kingswood Road. The Saturday message at 11am will be part of the church service. A vegetarian potluck preceded the 2pm talk. The talk on Reversing Diabetes Naturally was presented at 7512 Kingswood Road Southport, North Bay SDA Church. Medical director and president of Uchee Pines Institute, Dr Mark Sandoval, joins this month as a supporter and proponent of a healthy lifestyle as a means of preventing and reversing many of the ailments so common to our society today. Dr. Sandoval obtained his doctorate in medicine (MD) from Loma Linda University, School of Medicine, and then pursued specialty training in Emergency Medicine at Synergy Medical Education Alliance in Saginaw, Michigan.

Whole foods plant based cooking class was held Sunday at 7512 Kingswood Rd, Southport couple hours before the monthly potluck. The creations were presented at the potluck. nfo@eattolive.us.

Whole foods plant based cooking class was held evening Tuesday at 7512 Kingswood Rd, Southport. After finishing cooking and cleaning up, the group enjoyed a delicious meal together.

Don Davis spoke on March 5, 2017

The talk was presented at 7512 Kingswood Road Southport, North Bay SDA Church. Diagnostic Cardiologist, Dr. Don Davis, joins us this month as a supporter and proponent of a healthy lifestyle as a means of preventing and reversing many of the ailments so common to our society today. Don Davis, M.D. is a board-certified Cardiologist. Currently practicing here in Panama City at Gulf Coast Cardiology, he earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed residency training at University of Florida.

These monthly events are held on the first Sunday at 4pm. Visitors need not bring a thing! Just come to eat healthy plant based foods, learn and enjoy.
